Detailed Rules on Managing Accommodation of International Students of Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance
为规范国际学生住宿管理,创造和谐、安全、舒适、有序的学习生活环境,根据《上海立信会计金融学院国际学生公寓住宿管理规定》相关要求,特制定本细则。
To manage the accommodation of international students and foster a harmonious, safe, comfortable and orderly learning environment, these detailed rules are formulated in accordance with the requirements set forth in the Regulations on Managing Accommodation of International Students of Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance.
一、宿舍调换。未经留学生办公室同意,国际学生不得私自调换房间及床位。如确需调换,国际学生应向留学生办公室提交《调换宿舍申请表》,经审议同意后,方可进行调整。
1. Dormitory exchange: International students are not allowed to change rooms or beds without the permission of the Office of International Students. If an exchange is necessary, international students must submit a “Dormitory Exchange Application Form” to the Office of International Students for review and approval before making any adjustments.
二、宿舍家具管理。不得随意搬动移位公寓房间内床铺、衣柜等家具设施。如人为损坏用品或设施,应照价赔偿。
2. Dormitory furniture management: It is prohibited to arbitrarily move or rearrange furniture such as beds and wardrobes in the apartment rooms. Any damage to the items or facilities caused by individuals shall be compensated according to the value.
三、访客制度。国际学生宿舍禁止访客探访,不得留宿他人,不得私自转让或转租床位。
3. Visitor policy: Visitors are not allowed in the international student dormitories. It is prohibited to accommodate others, or transfer or sublet beds without permission.
四、文明住宿。严禁在宿舍内大声喧哗、举办舞会、酗酒、吵架斗殴、赌博、观看中华人民共和国法律禁播的电子视频。在23:00-6:00期间,严禁弹拉乐器、放音响和进行有碍他人休息的活动。
4. Civilized accommodation: Loud noise, hosting parties, alcohol abuse, quarreling, fighting, gambling and watching electronic videos banned by the laws of the People’s Republic of China are strictly prohibited in the dormitories. From 23:00 to 6:00, activities such as playing musical instruments, using loudspeakers, and any activities that disrupt others’ rest are strictly prohibited.
五、公共卫生。房内和楼道不得堆放杂物,保持通道畅通;保持公寓清洁,不在走廊随意涂画、张贴不雅图画,不得向窗外和公用区域吐痰、倒水、乱扔果皮、纸屑、烟头、酒瓶等杂物。宿舍楼内严禁吸烟。
5. Public hygiene: Clutter must not be piled up in rooms or corridors, and passageways must be kept clear. The apartments shall be kept clean, and it is prohibited to randomly draw or post inappropriate pictures in the corridors. Spitting, pouring water, or littering fruit peels, paper scraps, cigarette butts or glass bottles out of windows or in common areas is strictly prohibited. Smoking is prohibited inside the dormitory building.
六、消防安全。任何人不得擅自挪用、破坏消防器材。严禁在公寓内使用明火(如焚烧纸张、点蜡烛等)。严禁在公寓内存放易燃、易爆、易腐蚀、有剧毒及放射性等危险物品。安全节约用电,不得私拉电线和移动电源。严禁使用电炉、热得快等大功率电器。一经发现,一律没收统一保管,待退宿后予以归还。
6. Fire safety: No one is allowed to tamper with or damage firefighting equipment. The use of open flames (such as burning paper or candles) is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. It is strictly prohibited to store flammable, explosive, corrosive, highly toxic, radioactive, or other dangerous substances inside the apartments. Electricity shall be used safely and efficiently, and it is prohibited to use unauthorized wiring or portable power sources. The use of high-power electrical appliances such as electric stoves and kettles is strictly prohibited. If any violations are found, the items would be confiscated and kept until the student moves out of the dormitory.
七、宿舍检查。因工作需要(如卫生和安全检查、空调、管道和消防设施等检查和维修)要进入国际学生房间,工作人员将事先告知国际学生,在通知规定时间内,不管国际学生是否在房内,工作人员将进入房内检查或施工。遇到紧急情况(如火灾、医疗急救等),工作人员可在未通知国际学生的情况下进入其房间。住宿国际学生应对工作人员的工作予以配合,不得拒绝,更不能私换、私装锁具。
7. Dormitory inspections: In cases where it is necessary for work purposes (such as hygiene and safety inspections, inspections and repairs of air conditioning, pipelines, and fire facilities, etc.) to enter international student rooms, the staff shall inform the international students in advance. During the designated time of notification, regardless of whether the international students are present in the room or not, the staff shall enter the room for inspection or construction. In case of emergencies (such as fire and medical emergencies), the staff may enter the room without notifying the international students. International students living in the dormitory shall cooperate with the staff and shall not refuse or change locks privately.
八、作息。每日23:00-6:00为夜间休息时间,校门及宿舍楼门禁止通行,期间不得出入校园。
8. Daily routine: The period for night rest is from 23:00 to 6:00, during which school gates and dormitory building entrances are prohibited and access to the campus is not allowed.
九、退宿须知。每年2月25日和8月25日前到宿舍管理处办理退宿手续(续住的同学除外),离宿时应主动配合工作人员清点房间内设施和设备,学生退宿时应保证使用的住宿设备完好,如有缺损,应照价赔偿。在办理退宿手续3天内将所有个人物品搬离宿舍。无特殊原因未搬离的个人物品,均视为废弃物或无主物品,交由保洁处理。
9. Check-out instructions: Students shall go to the Dormitory Management Office to complete the check-out procedure (except for students applying for continued stay) before February 25 or August 25 each year. When leaving the dormitory, students shall cooperate with the staff in checking the facilities and equipment in the room. Students shall ensure that the accommodation facilities used are in good condition, and any damages shall be compensated according to the value. All personal belongings shall be moved out of the dormitory within 3 days of completing the check-out procedure. Personal items left behind without any special reasons shall be considered abandoned or ownerless and shall be handled by the cleaning staff.
对于无法遵守国际学生住宿管理细则的同学,口头警告沟通无果者,将予以退宿处理,住宿费用将不予返还,取消宿舍申请资格。
For students who fail to comply with these detailed rules and do not respond to verbal warnings and communication, they would be expelled from the dormitory, with their accommodation fees not refunded and their eligibility for dormitory application canceled.
