一、奖学金评审对象及基本条件
I. Eligibility and Basic Requirements
（一）评审对象
(1) Who can apply
评审对象为在校国际学生。
The scholarship is open to international students enrolled at the SLU.
（二）基本条件
(2) Basic requirements
1.遵守中国法律法规及学校的各种规章制度；
Adhere to Chinese laws and regulations as well as the university's rules and regulations;
2.学习态度端正，勤奋刻苦，无旷课记录,在校学习成绩优良；
Demonstrate a positive attitude towards learning, be hardworking, have no record of absenteeism, and achieve good academic performance;
3.诚实守信，有良好的道德修养；
Maintain honesty, integrity, and good moral character;
4.积极参加校内、外各类活动及由学校组织的社会实践活动；
Actively participate in various activities organized by the university and the community;
5.未同时获得中国境内各级政府、部门、机构发放的各类奖学金；
Not receiving any other scholarships issued by any level of government, department, or institution within China at the same time;
6.对中国及学校无不友好的言论或行为；
Not having any unfriendly remarks or engage in any behavior detrimental to China or the university;
7.申请时须付清该学年学费，并完成注册。
Pay tuition fees in full and complete registration when applying.
二、奖学金类别及金额
II. Scholarship Categories and Amounts
1.一等奖，20000 元人民币/人/学年，申请者为硕士研究生和本科生；
First Prize: RMB 20,000 per person per academic year, open to both undergraduate and graduate students;
2.二等奖，10000 元人民币/人/学年，申请者为硕士研究生和本科生；
Second Prize: RMB 10,000 per person per academic year, open to both undergraduate and graduate students;
3.三等奖，5000 元人民币/人/学年，申请者为硕士研究生，本科生和语言生。
Third Prize: RMB 5,000 per person per academic year, open to undergraduate, graduate, and language students.
三、奖学金申请时间及流程

（一）申请时间
(1) Application Period
申请时间为每学年秋季学期，具体时间以国际学生管理部门通知为准。
The application period is during the fall semester of each academic year, and the specific time will be announced by the relevant department of international student administration.
（二）申请材料
(2) Application Materials
申请人需准备以下申请材料。
Applicants shall provide the following materials:
1.上海立信会计金融学院“优秀国际学生奖学金”申请表；
Application form for the “Outstanding International Student Scholarship” at Shanghai Lixin University of Accounting and Finance;
2.在校学习成绩单。
Academic transcripts of the applicant.
（三）奖学金评定
(3) Scholarship Evaluation
申请人提交申请材料后，经国际学生管理部门审议，拟定获奖学生名单，报国际学生招生与教学管理委员会批准后公示，公示期不少于三个工作日。
After the applicant submits the application materials, the relevant department of international student administration will consider and draw up the list of students to be awarded, and submit it to the International Student Admissions and Academic Committee for approval and then publicize it for not less than three working days.
（四）奖学金发放
(4) Scholarship Payment
获奖学生领取奖学金，奖学金将在每学年秋季学期结束前一次性发放。
The scholarship will be awarded to the winning students in one lump sum before the end of the fall semester of each academic year.
